It’s important that you look after your home and let us know as soon as possible if anything goes wrong. For more information on repairs in general, refer to your handbook named: Guide to your home and services .  

To report a repair you can either:

Call us on Freephone: 0800 970 7272

or for cheaper mobile calls use 0300 343 7272. Alternatively, you can use our online reporting tool, it is quick and easy to use and sends us an email containing all your details instantly. The online facility is monitored during normal working hours from Monday to Friday.

You can contact us:

8.00am - 6.00pm:  Monday to Friday

Calls outside these times are handled by our partner Galw Gofal on 0300 123 30 91.

Our dedicated Call Centre team will take the details of your repair and arrange an appointment at a mutually convenient time; making it easier for you to plan your time.

Your peace of mind is important to us; all our staff are independently security vetted, carry full insurance and are trained to work to the highest possible standards.
